We do our very best to inspect all items and orders before they leave our shop. In the unfortunate event you find discrepancy or damaged items, please notify us as soon as possible. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and notify us of the issue. The ten day time line will be verified by either shipment tracking or the day they items were picked up.
Quantity errors are rare with our orders. We have a thorough in-house order process that makes our orders very accurate. We ask you to please count your order before handing-out individual items. Yes, we ship via UPS or USPS. Please let us know when you place your order, if you would like us to ship it to you. Standard shipping rates will apply.
Our standard turn-around is 5-7 business-days. During peak seasons, (back-to-school, summer time and holidays) turn-around times may be longer. Please let us know your need by date when placing your order. Rush orders are available and start at $25.00. We will do our very best to meet your in-hands date!
Yes, we have talented graphic artists that are able to create a design or logo. Graphic design services start at $60.00 an hour.
For embroidery orders a .jpg or picture of your logo is all we need. For screen printing orders we need vector format. Most common vector format files are .eps, .cdr, .ai or .pdf. If you do not have vector format, we can convert it for you! Artwork conversion starts at $20.00.
